Executive Producer for the Kostya Tszyu World Title Fight and Commercial Consultant for the 2004 World Track Cycling Championships at Melbourne's Vodaphone Arena plus event management, marketing and production with the Victorian Polo Association and event consultant for the 2007 World Athletics Tour at Olympic Park. Merchandising In addition to the Barcelona Olympics detailed above, other merchandising management appointments include the Australian Open tennis (6 years), venue merchandising management at Melbourne Park (8 years) and Olympic Park / Melbourne Sports & Entertainment Centre (16 years) and Australian Masters games.

Neil CrokerAfter successfully completing tertiary studies in business subjects at Swinburne and Monash Universities and working in senior positions across a range of industrial and financial sector organisations, Neil Croker has for over twenty years worked exclusively in the entertainment and sports industries. Neil's company, Performance Services, has tour directed and co-promoted tours by some of the biggest artists in the world including AC/DC, Dire Straights, Michael Jackson (NZ), produced or represented international theatre productions including Riverdance and Steel City, managed major events including the Barcelona Olympic Games' merchandising and consulted to a wide range of prestigious organisations including the Australian Film Institute, Victorian Arts Centre Trust, Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust and Department for Victorian Communities (Sport & Recreation Victoria). Neil's major skills include management of creative relationships with artists, detailed understanding of tour promoting, ticket selling, planning and management, access to a strong global network of industry organisations and personnel, and sound business management and organisational skills. Performance services has a large pool of casual and contract event support staff that can be mobilised on short notice for events across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. In recent years, Performance Services has Executive Produced the Kostya Tzyu Title Fight, been Commercial Consultant for the 2004 World Track Cycling Championships, acted as Associate Producer of La Fura's XXX, Executive Produced Shoosh and been Associate Producer-Presentation for the Christmas Spectacular Santa's Kingdom in Melbourne 2004.
